Schuhl Co is led by Dan Schuhl, President. He has been the controller on both sides of the building world: a $55M commercial general contractor, and a $55M-a-year real estate developer — where he reviewed every deal and ran project financing end to end: sizing the investor capital each project needed, managing construction loans, and taking rent-stabilized refinancings from negotiation to close, with every investor dollar tracked to a specific project. Along the way he rebuilt the operations and back-office systems the projects ran on. He holds a degree in accounting from Penn State and an MBA.
